Santa Clause are celebrated on December 6 to honor Mira's bishop – Nicolas. During that day, Santa Claus is bringing gifts to children. At night between 5th and 6th of December he puts gifts below the Christmas tree. There are many legends related to this custom. One of them says that in the morning of 6th December Santa Clause is looking thought window at children. If he sees clean shoes, he leaves a gift.
